The City of Whitehall, Ohio has taken the unprecedented step of blocking emails from FOP Lodge #9 so they can’t reach city officials about labor matters. In this clip from a recent City Council meeting, the City Attorney tells Mayor Michael Bivens that blocking union emails is a violation of the First Amendment. The Mayor’s response was ridiculous.
