This is a former bank in Mostar & one of the tallest building in Mostar during the 90’s Now if you know the Bosnian war devastated the country for four years in the 90’s and Mostar itself was under Siege twice. For that reason this building was frequently used as a Sniper tower primarily by Croat forces to target people in the city below & 30 years on you can still see damage in the surrounding buildings. Now it is a notorious symbol of that period & is simply nicknamed ‘The Sniper Tower’ Follow
