The vestibular oculomotor screening (VOMS) is a quick, low-tech, high-yield assessment that can help clinicians rule out concussions & build rehab protocols. The “V” part of the VOMS is vestibular, and includes assessing your vestibulo-ocular reflex (VOR) and your ability to “cancel” that reflex (i.e., visual motion sensitivity; VMS).
